At Inceptive, Susie takes care of new business acquisitions. Susie is the key stakeholder in maintaining and nurturing relationships with a focus on putting the “customer first”. In a way she is the “voice of the customer” within Inceptive.

Her extensive and hands-on Sales experience in Retail, Fashion and the Real Estate industry has helped her understand customer pain points and how to solve them with simple and effective solutions.

Susie is an artist and uses her spare time creating fashion.

Vijay has over 14+ years of entrepreneurial, general management and senior executive experience with a proven expertise in business development, corporate strategy, product & program management. Having worked in leadership roles for an established IT services organization, successfully founded a mobility company as Intrapreneur and mentoring a product company, he has built a broad base of experience in Mobile & Web technologies.

He is passionate about all things mobility and believe in the troika of Simplicity, Great User Experience and Beautiful Designs.

Vijay has a background in Instrumentation Engineering and interest in Process Management. In his spare time Vijay likes to paint and watch cricket.

Suhas’s love for mobility started as a hobby when he released a couple of free apps in the Android & Windows marketplace. A hands-on Microsoft professional, he has learnt multiple technologies in the past few years and is still hands-on with Microsoft & open-source technologies.

Suhas brings a rich experience of technology and Project Management and has done his Bachelor in Computer Science Engineering and is also PMP certified.

He has worked with well-known multinational companies like Tech Mahindra, S1 and Sears Holdings having vast experience in Architecting systems in Telecom, BFSI and Retail.

Ritesh brings in 15+ years of experience in Marketing, Testing and Product Management.

Ritesh has played a key role as a part of the leadership team in his earlier organization, setting up Marketing strategies and has also successfully incubated a Testing practice from the grounds up. He had also consulted with startups incubated under a Seed Fund & Incubator to plan, execute and monitor their go-to-market and overall marketing strategy.

At Inceptive, Ritesh continues to drive strategic marketing initiatives and helps clients on their go-to-marketing strategies.

Ritesh spends his weekends pursuing his hobby of bird photography.

Devon has been in the services business for the past 20 years serving in the casino gaming industry, before founding AdMySale, an online garage sale business. Having a deep understanding of customer service combined with indepth knowledge of the casino business, Devon also took a deep interest in Information Technology and thus AdMySale was born.

Using his past experience, Devon is building Inceptive’s presence in Canada by leading client acquisition and management. In his free time, Devon likes biking and walking the worlds longest fresh water beach.

Having worked in the ICT industry for well over 8 years Pranay has extensive experience in providing support for a wide range of technologies for the web. Using this experience he has a good understanding of how business requirements are translated into technology, thus bridging the gap between clients and delivery teams.

Pranay’s hobbies include working out at the gym, movies, chess and also participating at various local sporting events. Pranay is based out of Brisbane, Australia.

Oliver builds designs for Inceptive’s clients and for his independent agency, Oliver’s Creative Agency.

With Inceptive, Oliver works closely with our customers to understand their business needs and translate them into beautiful and simple designs.

These not only boast of the latest trends in User Interfaces but also integrate naturally the best User Experience that your app needs. Having built his own products, Oliver knows what it takes to build one.

Hugo is a French national with an in-depth and hands-on approach towards mobile and web application development.

Having developed on Android and web technologies, passionate of IT, new technologies and developing all sort of products, he knows what it takes to build an app and has helped many of his clients in building their IT road map.

Fluent in English and French, Hugo bridges the divide between local and international teams.

Sujit is a full stack lead app developer who has worked on iOS, .NET, PHP, NodeJS, AngularJS and the list keeps growing. Passionate about technology, he brings a can-do attitude to his projects. Sujit leads cross functional teams at Inceptive, apart from been hands-on with development.

Sujit has done his graduation from Bachelor of Engineering in information Technology and been socially conscious, he actively contributes back to society through community development programs. Sujit also loves to act!
