Project Summary

Contract management system is a web based on-premise tool specially designed for banking, NBFC, Fintech organisations in order to provide them a central place to manage their agreements. Contract management is a complex process and has different templates as per customer need. Dynamic form builder, approval process, reports and analytics are some of the few features of the application.

Different level of user hierarchy along with permissions is provided as per customer need. Advanced document editing features are provided. Tool is customisable to include / exclude different modules based on customer requirements.

The system is built on the .NET stack using ASP.NET, SQL Server & MVC architecture.
