PROJECT SUMMARY

Bird Call Xeno is built for the bird watching community with the sole purpose of giving a comprehensive native app solution for the Xeno-Canto database. The app connects to the worlds largest open-source audio library for birds, Xeno-Canto. Using the app, a user can search for a bird and listen to the available call recordings.

User can also filter for bird names by quality, type and country. Bird calls can be saved offline, an essential feature requested by the birding community when they are on field with no Internet connectivity available to them.

The app has a very simple interface with minimum touch points to use the app and has been received very positively by both iPhone and Android users. The app is built using React Native.
