GST e-invoicing

PROJECT SUMMARY

Recently the government of India made GST e-invoicing mandatory for companies above 500 cr. We being the preferred IT vendor of a MNC Engineering company given this project to us.

We understood the GST e-invoicing process and designed the required architecture for standalone web application specifically to the customer need and integrated it with the current invoicing system which was also developed by us. We took care of registration to sandbox portal upto e-invoicing portal, whitelisting of IP for allowing API access. After the successful dry run we have implemented it on live and just on a button click customer was able to submit his invoices to the GST IRP system. This application made the Accounts department job very easy and there was 0% chances of human error. We put in the validations in place to make sure no wrong invoice gets created on the GST Portal.

The system is built on the .NET stack using ASP.NET, SQL Server & MVC architecture.
